Craig Var IS A LARGE, SIMPLE AND COMFORTABLE FAMILY HOUSE, OVERLOOKING Pentireglaze Haven. It is detached AND IS thirty yards from the Atlantic Hotel, one hundred yards from the beach, ten yards from the North Cornwall Coastal Path. IT HAS exceptional UNINTERRUPTED views of the bay, Pentire POINT, STEPPER POINT AND TREVOSE LIGHTHOUSE. THE HOUSE FACES DUE WEST TOWARDS THE SEA, WHERE THE SUN SETS SPECTACULARLY EACH EVENING.

THE HOUSE SLEEPS 12. There are SIX BEDROOMS: three double bedrooms (ONE LARGE ENOUGH TO QUALIFY AS A FAMILY ROOM), two twins and a bunk room. THERE ARE TWO bathrooms, and one separate loo UPSTAIRS. On the ground floor there is a large shower/laundry room and wetsuit drying area with underfloor heating and a separate loo. In addition there is an outside loo and a surfers' shower. The kitchen and living area, with stunning views of the sea through picture windows, are open plan. The kitchen is well equipped for large groups and has recently been upgraded with two large fridges and a range cooker. Craig Var is spacious enough for several families to enjoy their holiday together. Children are always welcome: THE HOUSE IS EASY TO MANAGE AND SIMPLE TO LOOK AFTER.

The CHAUFFEURS COTTAGE sleeps four (two single beds and a sofa bed), and is self contained with its own shower and fully equipped kitchen.

THERE IS HUGE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES, FROM ROCK-POOLING AND SAND CASTLES, TO WALKING, SURFING, GOLF AND MUCH MORE. THE AREA IS OUTSTANDINGLY BEAUTIFUL IN ALL SEASONS. THE HOUSE IS ON THE VERY EDGE OF NATIONAL TRUST LAND. AND THE WONDERFUL 'DRAGON' ROCK FORMATION ON PENTIRE HEAD WAS RECENTLY PICTURED ON THE FRONT OF COUNTRY LIFE.

The house is heated by electricity, with a very substantial hot water tank in an airing/drying cupboard on the first floor.
