The Chauffeurs Cottage, New Polzeath cornwall

The Chauffeur's Cottage is a self-contained annexe, with beds for four, an upper platform with twin beds accessed by a steep ladder, and not suitable for young children or the infirm, and a sofa bed on the ground floor. There is a shower/loo, and kitchen.

Dogs are welcome, although they are not allowed on the beach during the summer months. The house is let on the strict conditions that there is a responsible adult present at all times, and that the maximum capacity of 12 adults is not exceeded. There can be no camping in the garden. The same conditions apply to the Chauffeur's Cottage, where a maximum of 4 adults can be accommodated.
